Clubhouse
Guests at Southbound RV Park and Cabins have free use of our park clubhouse to socialize as a community! We also allow the clubhouse to be rented out for private parties to both park guests and others as well.
Large Dog Park
Let those puppies stretch their legs in our large, fenced dog park! Poop bags and scooper provided as well as a nice bench with shade.
Propane On-Site
Got propane? We do! And we make it really easy for our on-site guests to have it to. Can’t get back to the park before the office closes? No problem. Just set your tank out, text our office, and we’ll pick it up and fill for you during the day and then charge to your card on-file.
Stocked Fishing Pond
You get a line and I’ll get a pole…..These kiddos love spending time at the ponds edge fishing and chasing all the critters that have made the pond their home.

Hiking Trails
At Southbound RV Park and Cabins, we have over 40 acres dedicated to wildlife space. We’ve cut trails throughout and encourage folks to explore! Massive oak trees, another pond with an island, and gorgeous views are awaiting your out on #theback40.

We also have something for the little bitties to play on as well. They’re sure to have a good time while not having to get too far away from their site or cabin.
Ample Wildlife
We love wildlife at Southbound RV Park and Cabins! We regularly see deer, armadillo, foxes, cranes, whistling ducks, wild turkey, oppossum, and racoon around the park! We also see many cranes, mexican eagles, and other birds at the ponds edge, so bring your camera. And if you’re looking for an adventure, spend some time on #theback40 for even more wildlife viewing!
Laundromat
We have ample washers and dryers so that we can serve the needs of our guests well. Our laundromat is air conditioned and cleaned daily.

Services
While we do have a large laundromat with lots of coin operated washers and dryers, we also offer a Wash, Dry, Fold laundry service. Drop your laundry off in a bag or basket, send us a text to the park phone to let us know you’ve dropped it off, and we guarantee we’ll have it ready for pick up in 24hours! (Sundays excluded)
We also have a small convenience store on-site with staple items like, bread, milk, beer, and frozen treats.
