Cancellation Policy at Southbound RV Park and Cabins

    • If you need to cancel your reservation, please call our office at 361-578-7275 and speak with a member of our staff prior to the applicable cancellation deadline below.

      • Cancellation requests must be made by phone
      • We are unable to process cancellations via text or email
      • All approved refunds are subject to a $20 cancellation fee

      Deposit & Late Cancellation Policy

      • Reservations canceled after the applicable cancellation deadline will result in forfeiture of all deposits
      • Reservations made within the cancellation window require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking

      Short Stay RV Site Reservations

      (Stays 7 days or less)

      • A 48-hour cancellation notice is required
      • Please notify our office by 4:00 PM two days prior to your scheduled arrival
      • We do not offer refunds for early departures

      Short Stay Cabin Reservations

      (Stays 7 days or less)

      • A 14-day cancellation notice is required for a deposit refund
      • Please notify our office by 4:00 PM fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival
      • We do not offer refunds for early departures

      Extended Stay RV Site Reservations

      (Stays of 7 days or longer)

      • A 14-day cancellation notice is required for a deposit refund
      • Please notify our office by 4:00 PM fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival

      Extended Stay Cabin Reservations

      (Stays 7 days or more) 

      • Please notify our office by 4:00 PM fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arriva
      • We do not offer refunds for early departures

          Extended Stay Rate Adjustments

          At no time do we prorate extended stay rates for cabins or RV sites.

          We do not offer refunds for early departures. 

          Cabin Deposit Timing

          • For cabin reservations made more than 14 days prior to arrival, a credit card is placed on file only.
          • The cabin reservation deposit will be processed once the reservation is within the 14-day cancellation window
          • Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking 14-day cancellation notice is required for a deposit refund
