FAQ

• All Do you have monthly cabin rates?

  • All of our rates are based on length of stay.  Our length of stay discounts apply at the weekly and monthly mark and then revert to nightly.  We do not have long term lease agreements.

• Can my pet stay with me in the cabin?

  • We do have pet friendly cabins.  Check out our pet policy here.

• How many people can stay with me in my RV? 

  • The max number of guests per RV or cabin is 5.  Our standard rate applies to 2 guests.  Please check with our office if you have questions regarding your quoted rate and additional guests.

• Do you have a pool?

  • Regrettably, we do not yet have a park pool, but it is on our list of amenities to add soon.

• Are the RV sites shaded?

  • We have trees at most sites.  However, some of these trees are young and provide a varied amount of shade.  If you would like a specific site, please let the office staff know when you make your reservation and we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.

• Do you have long-term RV sites?

  • We allow RV guests to stay for as long as they would like provided their account is in good standing and they are abiding by park rules. The best value for RV site rates is our monthly rate.

• Is the park safe?

  • Safety is of the highest priority at Southbound RV Park and Cabins. We have cameras up in common areas and the park entrance.  We also require workcampers to live onsite stationed throughout the park in order to provide the highest level of attention and response to any concerns.  The park owners also live onsite and are available to respond to urgent needs as they arise. 

• How far from town is the park?

  • Southbound RV Park and Cabins is conveniently located just 7 miles outside of the city limits. Because we are located on the highway loop that goes around Victoria, one can get to almost any location in Victoria in approximately 15 minutes. We are also just 13 highway miles from the Invista plant and approximately 45 minutes from Formosa.
